Booking requests
Submitting an inquiry or availability request does not guarantee a booking. We review the requested date, group size, services, and availability, then send a written offer. A reservation is confirmed only when we expressly confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.
Prices and what is included
Prices shown on a trip page may be estimates. Your written offer states the final price, currency, group size, included services, and exclusions. Entrance tickets, optional guides, meals, accommodation, or transfers are included only when the offer says so.
Deposits and balance
When a deposit is required, the amount, payment method, and due date will be stated in the written offer. Unless the written offer specifies otherwise, the remaining balance is payable on arrival before the agreed service begins. Please do not send a payment until we have confirmed the request and provided payment instructions.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us in writing if you need to change or cancel. Any applicable deadline, refund, supplier charge, or non-refundable amount must be stated in your written offer before confirmation. Special dates, accommodation, and third-party services may have their own clearly disclosed conditions.
Itinerary and timing
We aim to follow the confirmed itinerary. Opening hours, weather, traffic, site rules, and circumstances outside our control may require reasonable changes. If a material change becomes necessary, we will contact you as soon as practical to discuss the available options.

Please provide accurate names, contact details, group numbers, and relevant accessibility needs when requesting a trip. Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas where required, and following the safety instructions and local site rules that apply to the experience.
